Rminda Terms of Service

Rminda is a platform that helps people discover events, communities, people, and experiences, connect with others, and participate in events and activities.

Rminda provides the technology and infrastructure that enables these interactions. Events, communities, and other content may be created by users and third parties.

Users may create events, channels, communities, and other content on Rminda.

Organizers and channel owners are responsible for the information they publish, including event descriptions, dates, locations, registration requirements, and other details.

Rminda does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of events or activities created by users.

You are responsible for making your own decisions about which events, communities, and activities you choose to participate in.

Users may create, upload, publish, or share content through Rminda.

You retain ownership of content that you own.

By submitting content to Rminda, you grant Rminda a non-exclusive permission to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share content.

Rminda may provide messaging, connections, reactions, community participation, and other social features.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

You must not use Rminda to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully harm another person.

Rminda may integrate with third-party services, including Google and Zoom.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Rminda to perform the actions permitted by the permissions you grant.

For example, authorized Google integrations may allow Rminda to create calendar events or generate Google Meet links on your behalf.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rminda is not responsible for changes, outages, or failures of third-party services.

We work to keep Rminda available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Rminda's software, branding, logos, designs, and other materials provided by Rminda are owned by or licensed to Rminda and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without appropriate authorization.

User-generated content remains subject to the ownership rights described in these Terms.

Rminda is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every event, organizer, user, service, or piece of information available through Rminda is accurate, reliable, safe, or suitable for you.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions about events, people, communities, and activities they participate in.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rminda and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
